Overview
The M-6 Business Investment Visa allows foreigners to obtain residency by investing in or starting a Colombian business with at least 100x the minimum wage (~$33,000-40,000 USD). Unlike other M visas, this permits work within your own company. The business must be active and operational.

Get cédula
Within 15 days, apply for cédula at Migración Colombia

5 continuous years on M visa → eligible for R (Resident) Visa
