Overview

Pura Luhur Uluwatu is one of Bali's six key temples, dramatically perched on a 70-meter cliff above the Indian Ocean. Best visited in late afternoon to explore the temple grounds, watch the sunset, then experience the famous Kecak fire dance performance depicting the Ramayana epic. Beware of mischievous monkeys who grab sunglasses and hats.
